These categories are generally not accepted on standard surface, air or rail products. Dangerous goods and specialty cargo require prior written clearance from operations.
Examples
- Explosives, fireworks and ammunition
- Compressed gases and aerosols (restricted)
- Flammable liquids and solids without DG paperwork
- Toxic, infectious or radioactive materials
- Currency, bullion and high-value undeclared jewellery
- Live animals (except approved courier programmes)

Contact the operations desk before tendering restricted cargo. Undeclared banned goods may be refused, held or returned at the shipper’s cost.
